Privacy Policy

This app (Spend Elon Musk's Fortune, part of the Spend Fortune series) is an entertainment simulation game. We respect your privacy and process data in line with applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

1. Information we collect

We may collect limited technical data required for ads, crash reporting, and basic app functionality (such as language preference and game progress saved on your device). We do not require an account and do not intentionally collect names, emails, or payment details inside the game.

2. Local storage

Game progress, language, theme settings, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device unless you clear it from the app settings or clear app data in the system settings.

3. Advertising and consent (UMP)

The app may show ads provided by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob). In regions where consent is required (for example the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before personalized advertising. You can review or change your ad privacy choices anytime from Settings → Manage ad privacy (when available).

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send local reminders related to the game. These notifications are generated on your device and are not sent from our servers. You can disable notifications in the app or in your device settings.

5. Sharing

If you use the share feature, content is shared through your device's system share sheet. We do not receive that shared content.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data stored by the app (Settings → Export my data)
• Erase local app data (Settings → Delete my data)
• Withdraw or change advertising consent (Settings → Manage ad privacy)
• Object to or restrict certain processing related to ads via the consent form
• Contact us about privacy questions

Deleting local data removes progress and preferences stored on your device. It does not automatically delete data held solely by third-party ad providers; use the ad privacy options and those providers' tools where available.

7. Children's privacy

This app is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Legal basis

Depending on your region, we rely on consent (for personalized ads where required), legitimate interests (for basic local app functionality and non-personalized ads where allowed), and/or other applicable bases.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we revise this policy.
